SNN started in 2004, an online presence for the News Network we have in Assam, India.
SNN aims to focus on issues that affect the region and our opinions on matters that affect
the northEastern Region of India and especially South Assam. With the changing economy and
the political scenerio, we have realised that what we read from the national newspapers or
even the state newspapers do not necessarily cover all our concerns. So SNN is a step in
that direction to voice our opinions and look at the events around us from our perspective.
